Trey Sermon Gets Every Last Piece Of Confetti, Justin Fields Buys A Twisted Tea & Tom Rinaldi's Wild Makeup

That's why I don't bet on sports

Remember how I thought Ohio State would be blown out by Clemson, but I thought Clemson -7.5 was suspicious? This is exactly why I can't bet on sports right now. I have to be able to sit there and relax as Justin Fields appears to have multiple broken ribs and has to figure out a way to get to halftime without having his entire ribcage snapped in half.

What a night, guys. My dad was calling giving me updates on national championship ticket prices. My friend who went to the Oregon-Ohio State national championship with me was texting at 1 a.m. asking if we were going to Miami. Ohio State haters were texting saying how it wasn't fair the Buckeyes were in the Final Four. I took out the trash this morning and my neighbor was saying the same thing.

What's the greatest part about last night? It was Friday. I'm going to need a couple days to recover from the emotions, from the yelling, from the lack of sleep. The Trevor Lawrence era is officially over and now we get to see if Ohio State can keep it close against Alabama.

• ESPN/Disney has to be ecstatic over how their final four played out. The Mouse won't have to worry about lack of ratings in 2021. Straight cash.

• Trey Sermon is one game away from signing autographs at Ohio malls the rest of his life. Justin Fields is one game away from getting his own car dealership some day where Sermon can also sign autographs. That's what's on the line a week from Monday.

• There are four more bowl games today! NC State vs Kentucky, Ole Miss vs. Indiana, Oregon vs. Iowa State and wash it all down with Texas A&M vs. North Carolina in the Orange Bowl.

• This shouldn't come as a shocker. 2020 ended up a complete bloodbath for the movie industry. The box office was down 80%.
