Georgia Wide Receiver Suffers Brutal Injury On TD Catch
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint had a huge touchdown catch that put Georgia up 14-0 against rival Florida. In most situations, that would be a great thing. But the impactful play also came with a cost.
Unfortunately, the freshman wide receiver also suffered a gruesome leg injury that could end his season prematurely. The play came on a 32-yard touchdown catch from quarterback Stetson Bennett. Rosemy-Jacksaint was carted off the field soon after.

It appears to be an ankle or lower leg injury, but there is no way to know definitively at this point. What we do know is that it is an unfortunate situation.
Rosemy-Saintjack has played in five games this season for the Bulldogs. Prior to that touchdown on Saturday, the former four-star receiver out of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. had three catches for 30 yards on the season. That means that the 32-yard catch was his first touchdown reception.
Stay tuned for more updates on the health status of the Georgia receiver.
