Kyle Busch Taking Heat For Post-Race Slur

Kyle Busch is now in trouble and apologizing for using an offensive slur after a heated exchange with Brad Keselowski at Martinsville Speedway.

"It's so freakin' re*****, man, so stupid," Busch said. "I don't understand these guys. I should beat the **** out of him (Keselowski) right now, is what I should do, but that doesn't do me any good either."

Busch felt Keselowski was trying to "spin him out," which is a big no-no in NASCAR. Rightfully so since it's incredibly dangerous. He then immediately apologized on Twitter.

"In one of my post-race interviews I used a word I should never use and I want to apologize for it," he wrote.

A NASCAR spokesperson told the Charlotte Observer that Busch's comments were under review and that an announcement about a fine or sensitivity training could come down Monday.

It's pretty clear that he isn't using the "R" word as a slight to the disabled. This is a word used to call something stupid, but we already know how offense has been weaponized to control essentially everything that comes out our mouths.

Completely laughable that Busch is about to head to sensitivity training like a scene out the The Office to compel him into speaking how NASCAR sees fit. It's almost like the invention of social media made what we say more important than what we do. Oh wait, that's exactly what happened.
