Mike Soroka Re-Tears Achilles, Will Miss Rest of 2021
Atlanta Braves right-hander Mike Soroka's season is over as he will undergo surgery to fix a torn Achilles tendon, the team announced Saturday.
This will be the second season-ending Achilles procedure for the pitcher Soroka, as he suffered “a complete re-tear of the tendon” while walking to the team’s clubhouse on Thursday.
