‘Merica! National Anthem Randomly Breaks Out In Texas Walmart

Yesterday was July 4, a patriotic day of reflection for most Americans, even as our society is divided and some people constantly bash the country. But on Saturday, one group of Walmart shoppers in Texas didn't have any issues expressing their patriotic fervor.

Teresa Thorsome, also known as @Thorsome4 on Twitter, posted a viral TikTok video showing a group of people at a Walmart in Haslet, Tex. The caption reads "National anthem breaks out in Walmart. Happy 4th! Patriots!"

Check it out below.

The video is technically from Saturday, July 3, the day before the celebration was supposed to begin. But as people were preparing to be out on the lake or at a barbeque, someone randomly started singing the national anthem.

And the coolest part? Others joined in.

Is it a little cheesy? Absolutely, I'll be the first to admit that. But it's also pretty cool, if you think about it. With so much hate for this country constantly being shoved down our throats nowadays, it's nice to see real life people coming together and sharing an experience like this.

There are so many people who still love this country, and they're willing to do something as cheesy as screaming it in the middle of a Walmart shopping center to prove it. Some of the negative comments say that these people look brainwashed, but that's not what I see.

I see a group of people who are tired of seeing the country they love so much be picked apart and attacked. And this is their way of showing that the haters won't break their spirit. I thought it was pretty damn cool.

Anyways, I hope everyone had a Happy Fourth of July!
