Twitter Locks Out Dave Rubin For Noting Vaccine Facts
The faceless tyrants at Twitter locked Dave Rubin out of his account Thursday night for spreading facts about the COVID vaccine.
Twitter claims Rubin violated its rules when he noted that the government may want a federal vaccine mandate, that vaccines are not working as advertised, and that vaccinated Americans are still getting COVID.
What did Rubin say that was wrong? According to Twitter, Rubin violated its policy "on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19." What did Rubin say that was misleading or potentially harmful? Twitter didn't specify. They merely told Rubin, "no more."
How dare Rubin? Whatever he dared to do, that is.
"Everything I said in that tweet is true," Rubin told Fox News in an interview.
"Every single thing that I said in that tweet was true and this is a complete continuation of silencing any sort of dissent, anyone that questions the narrative is in a lot of trouble when it comes to Big Tech and we better fight it because we're running out of time."
These tech tyrants are pathetic. Twitter is worse than Facebook. Twitter throws around the phrase "potentially harmful" as it allows left-wing blue checks to spread racial division and propaganda.
Twitter's decision to temporarily boot Rubin off its service came hours after Reps. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) drafted legislation to remove Section 230 protections from Big Tech companies.
Ben Shapiro told OutKick this week that Big Tech companies have gotten away with taking down political material because of the "otherwise objectionable" line in Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. This wording has given social media services the latitude to essentially censor and remove whatever they choose. But, of course, Twitter has solely used this provision to target conservatives.
Out of kindness of their tyrannical hearts, Twitter informed Rubin that he can regain full access to his account within 12 hours upon deleting his tweet. Rubin says he has deleted the tweet, but only because the pre-sales for his new book launch the next day.
