Paul Finebaum Signs Multi-Year Contract Extension With ESPN

The Paul Finebaum Show won't be going anywhere anytime soon. The SEC Network and ESPN radio personality has signed a multi-year contract extension with ESPN that will run through the year 2024, according to the network's Press Room Twitter account.

The news of Finebaum's new deal was announced on Monday morning with SEC Media Days soon set to get underway.

Not only is this big news for anyone who watches The Paul Finebaum Show, but it also means that he'll be returning to SEC Nation as an analyst. It's a question many have been wondering about for some time now.

“I’m excited to continue our show on SEC Network and be part of the talented team at ESPN,” Finebaum said, via the network. “One of my favorite things about this role is connecting with our listeners, and I’m truly looking forward to bringing our show to campuses again this fall. Especially over the past year, I’ve gotten a firsthand look at what our show means to those who tune in every day, and it’s a responsibility I’m honored to have.”

Few would dispute that Finebaum has been the face of SEC media for years now. Locking him in for the foreseeable future is a big keep for ESPN, which has been desperate for a few wins lately.
