Joy Reid Says Schools Tell Students 'Slavery Was Not So Bad'
Of all the lies told on TV to convince viewers that the country is evil and racist, how many come from Joy Reid? Considering that Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo, Jemele Hill, Bomani Jones (sort of), Chris Hayes, Anderson Cooper, the cast of The View, John Oliver, Ari Melber, and Stephen A. Smith are all on TV -- 10% would sound like a lot. However, 10% seems about fair.
Over the weekend, she was at it again, letting the world know that Critical Race Theory doesn't go far enough for her. According to Reid, students from kindergarten through high school are already taught "Confederate Race Theory," so it's time to raise the temperatures (just hopefully not in the form of riots):
Students are taught "that slavery was not so bad."
Hmm, exactly which schools do this? Joy Reid didn't say, so stop wondering. To be safe, just take Reid's word for her. In fact, spread the word.
We are lucky to have someone like Joy Reid reveal facts of which no other living human is aware.
Such as when Reid randomly claimed early this year that red states are only keeping black people alive so they can cook white people steaks. What exactly does that mean? Please, quit asking.
Two months ago, the highly-paid MSNBC host also baselessly tied Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to a sex trafficking ring. Sure, such an accusation could ruin his life, but Reid is only saying it's possible. What's wrong with that?
Oh, and who could forget:
Be thankful that someone has warned us.
By the way, can you imagine if a school actually claimed what Reid just made up?
