The number of pricks in Los Angeles are set to see an increase after the County declared that proof of vaccination will be mandatory for indoor establishments and outdoor events featuring hundreds of people.
Announced after Gov. Gavin Newsom’s recall election win on Tuesday night, Los Angeles County will be tightening current vaccine-related restrictions on citizens by adopting New York City and New Orleans‘ approach toward improving vaccination numbers.
According to Fox 11 News, “The order will also require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for outdoor mega-events, including Dodgers, Rams and Chargers games, County Public Health Director Dr. Barbara Ferrer told the Board of Supervisors Wednesday.”
With an indefinite mask mandate already discouraging citizens in Los Angeles County that believe in the efficacy of vaccination and natural immunity, the uncompromising stronghold on citizens’ lifestyles by the Blue state’s leadership appears to be in its early stages, following the latest mandate.
Tuesday’s ill-fated recall vote to oust Gov. Gavin Newsom from office appears to have given the California Dems a confidence in reinstating restrictions, contrary to rising complaints and protests in the Golden State. Close to 54 percent of California has been fully vaccinated.
OutKick’s Clay Travis spoke on the updated mandates and how timing of the new rule is a giveaway of Newsom’s strategy with not wanting to drive away recall opponents — with a large segment being opposed to California’s inane COVID restrictions.

Karen pricks maybe. Death darts? Don’t count on it. Most people who have refused the dart are set in their belief; mandates strengthen their resolve. The darts have been available for 9 months; whoever wants one has it. The rest of us are fine with our natural immunity to a virus with a 99.9% survival rate.
This is what they voted for. By a wide margin. It just boggles my mind how anyone in that state thought Newsom was doing a good job but here we are. Sad.
I guess Lebron is gonna have to get jabbed after all…
Sucks because I imagine that many other counties will be emboldened and follow suit.
Man I am so glad I left cali years ago it has really really deteriorated to beyond recognition and I am speaking as a third generation very sad to see at one time it was a great place to be not anymore.
