Crazy Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot called for society to end the growing toxicity emanating from public discourse. She has seen enough.
“The toxicity in our public discourse is a thing I think we should all be concerned about, right?” Lightfoot said on Monday in regards to the coverage of the Highland Park shooting.
“You know, we’re not like a lot of other countries where their version of Independence Day is marked with troops and tanks. No, what we do in the United States is come together as a community,” she goes on.
Now, let’s check in on last week’s version of Lori Lightfoot:

It’s unclear if Lightfoot had a change of heart or would like us to keep temperatures high when discussing Justice Clarence Thomas. After all, she really hates him.
Here’s more from a mayor just looking for peace.

It’s as if Lightfoot does not understand there is an internet that has record of her past remarks.
