LeBron James Fires Back At Bar Owner Who Banned NBA Games

NBA superstar LeBron James, who has had an up and down week OFF the court, fired back at the owner of a bar located just outside of Cincinnati.

James replied to Jan Linneman, an otherwise unknown bar owner, after Linneman announced that the bar and grille would no longer show NBA games until a certain player is "expelled" for his ongoing opinions on social media.

“We will not air them until Lebron James has been expelled from the NBA," Linneman said.

“If anyone wants to watch an NBA game, don’t come to Linnie’s Pub."

Linnie’s Pub is located in Delhi Township near Cincinnati, a lot closer to the Queen City than Cleveland, the city that James helped win a title for back in June of 2016.

All those good vibes for James in the Cleveland market are more or less history. After the Cavs were swept by the Golden State Warriors in the 2017 NBA Finals, James took his talents out of Cleveland again and headed west to Los Angeles to play for the Lakers.

Saturday, James gave Linneman a piece of his mind.

Aww Damn!” he wrote on Twitter in a sarcastic post accompanied by a “woozy face” emoji. “I was headed there to watch our game tonight and have a drink! Welp”

Linneman is standing firm, stating via MSN.com that basketball players “just need to play the game and that’s it” because “their opinion doesn’t really matter."
