Kyle Rittenhouse Found Not Guilty on All Counts

Videos by OutKick

A verdict is in. The jury has found Kyle Rittenhouse as follows:

  • First-degree reckless homicide: NOT GUILTY
  • First-degree reckless endangering safety: NOT GUILTY
  • First-degree reckless endangering safety: NOT GUILTY
  • Attempted first-degree intentional homicide: NOT GUILTY

On November 15, Judge Schroeder dismissed a misdemeanor charge for possession of a weapon under age 18.

Throughout the trial, Rittenhouse’s defense attorneys had argued that their client acted in self-defense when he shot three men in August 2020 during riots in Kenosha over the shooting of Jacob Blake. Rittenhouse killed two men — Anthony Huber, 26, and Joseph Rosenbaum, 36 — and wounded another, Gaige Grosskreutz, now 27. Meanwhile, prosecutors say that Rittenhouse provoked the attacks.

The jury was not sequestered during their deliberations

  1. Each of us need to ask ourselves … if we are on a jury of similar circumstances with our families and ourselves being overtly threatened by “the media” and by anarchist lunatics supported by “the media” … will we have the courage that these twelve did in Kenosha?

There will be more such cases in the months to come … that is a certainty.
    .

  2. It’s good to see that our criminal justice system works sometimes. On the other end of the spectrum you have idiots like Steve Kerr, Kim Kardashian, Baker Mayfield and many others caping up for a convitcted murder who was found guilty 20 years ago with dna evidence tying him to the crime. They are pretending like there’s new evidence which is a lie. The so called “new evidence” is his family now lying about him being home on the night of the crime even though he repeatedly said he was not during the trial and was spotted that night in the victims vehicle. So again you have the SJW’s defending criminals just like people in the Rittenhouse case were defending a convicted child rapist. The world is crazy but I’m glad today showed that there is still justice in this world occasionally.

  3. The District Attorney, Michael Graveley, even pressing charges in the first place was disgusting. Seeking a life sentence for a 17 year-old because he shot the rapists and domestic abusers who were chasing him through the street trying to kill him is unspeakable.

I don’t say this lightly: Michael Graveley is as evil as Hitler, just not nearly as competent.

  4. Between this, the courts putting a hold on Biden’s unconstitutional mandate, red victories all over the country at the state and local levels in recent weeks, and emerging leadership from Governors like DeSantis and Lee, this is the most hopeful week for the future of America in over a year. And thank God for that.

  5. As soon as I saw that verdict I had to thank God, because it certainly could have gone the other way with the state of our nation. We are dangerously close to having mob ruled courts, and then our country would rapidly start looking like Mad Max movies.
