Kevin James Buys Massive South Florida Mansion That Has One Flaw

If you didn't realize it's good to be Kevin James, take a look at what The King of Queens actor just purchased on Ocean Blvd in Delray Beach, Florida. The loaded actor dropped $14,000,000 on a six-bedroom, seven and a half bath, 11,495 sq. ft. beast mansion built in 2020. The mega-mansion also appears to have separate living quarters from the main three-story residence.

Put it this way, the place is massive. The only issue here is that it's not exactly oceanfront. You have to cross Ocean Blvd. to get to the public beach. For some, that's a huge issue if you're dropping $14 million on a house. Kevin and his wife Steffiana de la Cruz must not be worried about trudging over there to walk the beach though. It might actually keep them connected to the world the rest of us live in.
