Israel is set to begin preparations to administer the fourth dose of COVID-19 vaccines.
The country’s national coronavirus czar Salman Zarka said the country needs to prepare for a fourth injection, which could be modified to better protect against new variants of the virus, the Daily Mail reports.
He said people should expect to receive a new vaccination against the virus more frequently, like “every five to six months.”
“Given that that the virus is here and will continue to be here, we also need to prepare for a fourth injection,” he told Kan public radio, per the Daily Mail. “This is our life from now on, in waves.”
While Israel is seeing record case numbers in its fourth wave, the Daily Mail reports jabs are still protecting against severe illness with COVID deaths running at about half of the level of its second wave.
Israel has been offering booster shots to people over the age of 60 since July, and the article states that data suggests the scheme has helped to curb rising hospital admissions. The country has since expanded the eligibility to everyone over 12 who has already had two doses.

Most folks on this forum have this figured out… MOST gov’ts and their “scientists” will market new fear variants, sell it with the input of big-Pharma for unfounded experimental treatments (aka vaccines), then work with their corrupt media to shove it down our throats!
FEAR IS FOR SALE TO US, PUSHED BY THE GOV’TS, BIG-PARMA, AND THE MEDIA! AND AT LEAST 1/2 OF THE WORLD (LIKELY MORE) IS BUYING!
So we were told the vaccines were only to help us reach herd immunity originally, but that went bye bye. Now the shots are forever. Folks, if you still trust these people after this many lies I’m not sure what to tell you. I think you’re about as safe playing Russian roulette as you are taking these shots based on what we’re seeing unfold. Yes, you get some protection and lessened severity in the near term, but long term who
knows what will happen? In Israel it looks like you become MORE vulnerable to mutations and future infection if you’re vaccinated. Not good. Natural immunity appears to be, as most should have expected based on a rudimentary knowledge of viruses, the most effective weapon.
If you need a new shot every 6 months, can it really be considered a vaccine?
