Sen. Kamala Harris Refuses to Answer if Joe Biden Will ‘Pack Court’

Amid all the chaos of last week’s presidential debate, some viewers may have missed the fact that Joe Biden refused to answer if he would pack the Supreme Court if he were to win in November.

Tonight, Vice President Mike Pence asked Sen. Kamala Harris directly and repeatedly if they plan to pack the court.

Despite saying she would answer it, Harris provided no answer.

People of all political stripes have a right to know the answer, and Biden-Harris should provide one before the November 3 election. If not, Americans can only assume it’s a “yes.” A non-answer amounts to the same thing.

Court-packing remains widely unpopular in America. As Forbes pointed out, just 32% of adults support increasing the number of Supreme Court justices.

  1. Bobby: “A non-answer speaks louder than an answer. Court-packing remains widely unpopular in America. As Forbes pointed out, just 32% of adults support increasing the number of Supreme Court justices.”

Absolutely, Bobby…well said. In fact, Justice Ginsburg (RIP) famously said that the United States has had 9 justices on the Supreme Court for about 150 years now, and it seems like that’s the best number.

The GOP is talking about proposing a 28th Amendment to the US Constitution – The Ginsburg Amendment – to codify 9 Supremes. I like it.

  2. Even the dems can’t stand this broad a total repulsive human being she torches biden in the primary and then he picks her for running mate is he related to OBJ likes deuces dropped on him

  3. She’s just a power-hungry woman who enjoyed locking people up for marijuana while enjoying the substance herself. Typical from corrupt California, the model the Democrats would love to have at a national level with one party, similar to the Chinese communists.
