FS1’s loudmouth talker Skip Bayless is making headlines again, as he and Undisputed host Jenny Taft got into it about Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy.
Bayless went after McCarthy about his weight, saying that the coach’s weight does him no favors and that it undermines his ability to motivate players.
“This is just personal preference on my part,” Bayless said on the show.
“I’m not taking a shot at him about this, but he’s a little heavy. And I wouldn’t want my head coach in the National Football League to not look the part at all because you got to stay in some semblance of condition to show you know who you are and have some confidence in yourself, right? He was just unimpressive across the board. I’m giving him no checkmarks.”
Good for Jenny Taft. https://t.co/tOyc2RdklX

The conversation between Bayless and Taft got heated because Taft refused to back off. She felt that Bayless went for the a low-blow in attacking McCarthy’s weight.
“I don’t know if I think that’s a fair shot for Mike McCarthy and I’m going to leave it at that,” Taft said.
Fellow co-host Shannon Sharpe simply looked on in amusement. We’re with you, Shannon.
This is pure outrage porn. Skip is just stoking the fire trying to run out the summer..
McCarthy is a bad coach and the Cowboys aren’t going anywhere as long he’s the coach. That’s all that matters.
Well he is fat sounds like the broad got triggered she needs to remember who’s show it is and I get it Skip can be annoying as hell but that’s who he is always has been nothing new
It sounds like she’s right, and put a loudmouth in his place. You should be familiar with that concept.
Know her place? Lol, what is her place? Just sit there and look pretty? Good one, and I guess Skippy’s place is to sit there and sound stupid. As another commenter noted, this is what the show is, argument for a regiments sake.
“Arguments”
I don’t know Skip, the weight doesn’t seem to be slowing down Andy Reid much.
Exactly. Now if we were talking about his risk for having a serious Covid case, sure, that makes sense, but motivating athletes? Seriously? This little turd has never participated in any sports. I had a fat swim coach in high school and he was a master at coaching and motivating and got the most out of almost all of his swimmers.
