Fresno State Basketball's Cavinder Twins Sign NIL Underwear Deal

Fresno State basketball players Haley and Hanna Cavinder have signed what OutKick analysts say just might be the very first name, image, likeness underwear deal in the history of NCAA athletics. PSD Underwear, which was the company behind the famous shirtless Baker Mayfield Bengal tiger photoshoot, is back with a line of Cavinder-inspired underwear.

The Cavinder twins, who already have a deal with Boost Mobile, are now selling "Smiles" boy shorts and sports bras along with "Pop Bolts" boy shorts and sports bras. Prices range from $20-$25.

"So blessed," Hanna wrote on Instagram about the new deal.

With paychecks secured and NIL deals announced, it's time for the Cavinder twins to get down to business with the Fresno women's basketball team. The pressure is immense this year as the Bulldogs have been picked to win the Mountain West while Haley Cavinder was named the preseason Mountain West Player of the Year.

Talk about having lighting bolts across your backs as you roll into enemy territory this season across the league.

Both Cavinder sisters were named to the all-MW preseason team, Haley is the defending conference player of the year and they're the two top returning scorers in the conference. Haley averaged 19.8 ppg in 2020-21 while Hanna dropped 17 a game.

Now comes the journey to win the conference, win the MW tournament and make the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2014 and make a bunch of money in the process. Welcome to the first year of NIL deals in women's basketball.
