Florida Man Kicked Off Flight For Wearing Women's Underwear Mask, Passengers Walk Off In Protest

A Florida Man was booted off a Wednesday United Airlines flight after he showed up wearing a women's red thong that didn't amuse the mask police stewardess who promptly told the man his thong wasn't compliant.

Adam Jenne says his red thong mask should've been allowed because it covered his nose and mouth. The Fort Lauderdale to Washington D.C. flight staff wasn't amused and told Jenne he was being kicked off the flight.

Jenne complied and got off the plane, but he ended up on the news in South Florida dropping one of the great quotes of the COVID mask era.

"There’s nothing more absurd than having to wear a mask until I get to cruising altitude so that I can order Tito’s by the double and snack on pretzels, and illustrating that absurdity by wearing women’s underwear on my face sounds perfect," Jenne told Fox4.

At least two fellow passengers were so outraged by United kicking Jenne off the flight that they got up and walked off in protest.

“Did he just get kicked off for wearing a mask?” one man is heard asking. That man decides he's fed up and leaves. “I’m out of here, forget it. I’m out of here," the man says.

According to United, masks shouldn't have vents or holes and should fully cover the mouth and nose.

On Wednesday, the same day when Jenne was wearing a red thong on his face, the CEOs of Southwest and American Airlines sat in a Senate meeting and seem fed up with the masks themselves.

“I think the case is very strong that masks don’t add much, if anything, in the air cabin environment. It is very safe and very high quality compared to any other indoor setting,” Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly said when asked about mask mandates.

“I concur,” added American Airlines CEO Doug Parker. “An aircraft is the safest place you can be. It’s true of all of our aircraft — they all have the same HEPA filters and airflow.”

The current airline mask mandate expires March 18, 2022.
