ESPN's Matt Barrie Launches Counter-Attack On Keith Olbermann's Masters Attack

We're about to find out real fast how ESPN's going to handle its employees and any possible Masters boycott news after SportsCenter host Matt Barrie went after former SportsCenter host Keith Olbermann and his Masters boycott.

That's right, we have ourselves an old-fashioned SportsCenter host faceoff, thanks to Olbermann going full lunatic this week. Barrie's not in the mood for what Keith's cooking up from his Central Park penthouse where he has sent out the same tweet message dozens of times.

"BOYCOTT THE MASTERS! Baseball moving the All-Star Game out of Atlanta in protest of Georgia Voter Repression opens a path to stopping the racists, with money. Next? Think it's a coincidence that a golf tournament in an ex-slave state is named 'The Masters?' #BoycottTheMasters," Olbermann said in one tweet.

A quick scan of Olbermann's Twitter timeline shows a deranged lunatic who has tweeted over and over and over about the Masters and how the golf tournament was named such because Georgia was a slave state. Look, in all seriousness, this guy is radicalized to a disturbing level.

Barrie's done with the SportsCenter legend. People with any sense are done with the lunatic. It's very likely this full, over-the-edge lunacy is the result of Olbermann's crushing defeat at the hands of Jemele Hill in the Woke All-Star Challenge. It's very possible Keith knows he needs to crank it up even further -- no brake, all gas -- until we get around to the 2022 challenge.

This man is clearly looking to be hired by CNN:
