ESPN Monday Night Football Analyst Louis Riddick Will Interview To Be Jacksonville Jaguars' General Manager

According to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Jacksonville Jaguars will interview ESPN Monday Night Football analyst Louis Riddick for their open general manager position. Not much of a surprise here, as Riddick is thought to be one of the most sought after potential hires.

Louis Riddick has already interviewed for the GM job with Houston and Detroit. It's likely that he's simply weighing his options and that the Jags are just the latest team to get involved.

After Riddick's football career ended, he became a pro scout for the Washington Redskins for four seasons before being promoted to Director of Pro Personnel. He then went through that same process in 2008 with the Philadelphia Eagles. Clearly, he knows the ins and outs of football.

He's one of the more brilliant and respected football minds on the market. It's all a matter of who pays up. If he gets the job in Jacksonville, he'll have quite the task on his hands finding the quarterback of the future.
