Eddie Hall Is Absolutely Shredded As He Readies For Fight With Hafthor Bjornsson

Strongmen Eddie Hall and Hafthor "Thor" Bjornsson will be duking it out on September 18 in what is considered "The Heaviest Boxing Match In History."

The two world-class weightlifters, known for their hulking figures and Mountainous biceps, will be headlining the event set to take place at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville after being relocated out of Vegas.

With the fight drawing closer, British bruiser Eddie Hall is reaching prime form after reportedly losing close to 80 lb using a 7,000 calorie diet that has trimmed him down to skin and muscle. The bodybuilder now weighs around 355 lb since his cut.

According to the GMS report, " massive diet comprises of eight separate meals: steak and scrambled eggs for breakfast, three different chicken meals for lunch, a 6 p.m. meal and dinner, and four snacks that include an apple, a whey protein shake, granola and yogurt."

Transforming himself into the English Aaron Donald, Hall's preparation is looking to pay off as the gargantuan gentlemen settle a rivalry dating back to their dueling titles as World's Strongest Man.

Hafthor also showed off a trimmed down look back in May when the bodybuilder reportedly lost 55 lb to prepare for the upcoming fight.

Hall will be challenged on the canvas by Hafthor — winner of the 2018 World's Strongest Man event — but should end cleaner than The Mountain and The Viper fight.
