Deshaun Watson Hit With Third Sexual Assault Allegation, Forced Oral Sex Claim

A third sexual assault allegation against Deshaun Watson has been filed in Harris County, Texas by lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing massage therapists who claim to have been assaulted by the Houston Texans quarterback. The case claims have escalated from Watson allegedly touching his penis to a massage therapist's hand and causing another woman's hand to touch his penis in an August case.

Now an explosive claim has been lodged in court that Watson forced a massage therapist to perform oral sex on him during a December 2020 incident at an office building in Houston.

The two previous cases against Watson are:

In the third case filed by Buzbee, the plaintiff claims Watson made contact with her via direct message on Instagram and a December 28 session was scheduled. The therapist claims Watson "aggressively started dictating the massage and where he wanted plaintiff to touch him on his body."

According to the complaint:

The massage therapist was getting uncomfortable with his requests, but she kept going as he allegedly told her he could help or hurt her career. The massage continued as Watson asked the woman to massage his rib cage. He then told her "to move her hand down to his pubic area."

"At that point, Watson was in control. Watson instructed her to slide her hand across his genitals. Plaintiff started shaking at this point and Watson clearly knew she was afraid. Plaintiff felt intimidated and threatened. She was afraid of what someone like Watson could do if she did not submit to his demands. Watson kept coercing and intimidating Plaintiff and it was at this point that Watson coerced Plaintiff to move her mouth towards his penis, forcing plaintiff to perform oral sex on him. Plaintiff did not consent to any of this conduct. Plaintiff blacked out for a few minutes from the fear."

The suit continues, "After he was finished, Watson got up, and offered no apology. Plaintiff was in shock. Watson got dressed and left, as if nothing happened."

Jane Doe is seeking compensatory damages and is said to be suffering mental anguish, panic attacks, depression, anxiety, is having difficulty sleeping and is seeking counseling.

It's unclear if the claim of forced sexual assault was brought up with the Harris County Prosecutor's Office. This case has been filed as a lawsuit against Watson.

Watson released the following statement after the first lawsuit against him was filed. He has yet to respond to the second and third lawsuits.

“As a result of a social media post by a publicity-seeking plantiff’s lawyer, I recently became aware of a lawsuit that has apparently been filed against me,” Watson shared on Twitter. “I have not yet seen the complaint, but I know this: I have never treated any woman with anything other than the utmost respect. The plaintiff’s lawyer claims that this isn’t about money, but before filing suit he made a baseless six-figure settlement demand, which I quickly rejected. Unlike him, this isn’t about money for me – it’s about clearing my name, and I look forward to doing that.”
