Dak Prescott’s girlfriend Natalie Buffett — whose Instagram has been locked down for as long as I can remember these two dating, going back to the summer — is officially open, and we can now see what her reaction is to the new four-year contract that guarantees Dak $126 million dollars.
Buffett’s Instagram Story features a file photo of Dak in his Cowboys gear screaming. That’s it. That’s the reaction. Since I analyze these things for a living, I’ll go out on a limb and say that Natalie is extremely excited for her boyfriend and what that kind of money means for a relationship that has quickly escalated. It’s even looking like these two recently became dog parents, welcoming a French Bulldog into their house.
Stable relationship, a puppy to raise, a new contract and an incredible house that has a Cowboys-themed practice facility. Remember, this is a guy who was a 4th round pick out of Mississippi State in 2016. The Cowboys paid Prescott a $450,000 base salary in 2016 along with a $383,393 signing bonus. Now he’s sitting on a contract that will pay him $75 million in 2021.
Needless to say, these two are fired up today.
As for Dak’s father, he saw this coming a long time ago. “I am a lifelong Cowboy fan, and I raised the kid a Cowboy fan. At five years old, he told me he will be a quarterback for the Cowboys. I don’t think God gives you those types of gifts to make them incomplete,” Nat Prescott told SportsDay DFW.
