'Yellowstone' Releasing Country Music Album In March

We don't know how "Yellowstone" will end, but we do know star actor Luke Grimes continues to blow up in the country music world.

Grimes has been a major part of the series since its 2018 premiere, and he's made a major name for himself playing Kayce Dutton.

However, he also has a blossoming country music career. He's successfully managed to pump out several hit songs while fans wait for the series to return. No matter what happens with "Yellowstone," it appears Grimes has a future in music.

Luke Grimes dropping country music album.

That will only become further evident with his new album. Grimes recently announced that he's releasing his first full album March 8th. The album is self-titled and features 13 songs.

"My first full length album is coming out on March 8th. I've spent the last couple of years trying my best to make something that I would be proud to put into the world. Now, all I can hope for is that it finds a few people to connect to and it makes them feel like they aren’t going through all of this alone. That's what my favorite music has always done for me," Grimes announced to his fans.

While we won't know how successful the album will be until it drops, it's hard to imagine Grimes' first album won't be a success. Every song he's released so far has been very popular with country music fans, and it's not hard to understand why.

Grimes already has a massive built-in audience thanks to "Yellowstone." It's arguably the most popular show on TV, and he's one of the main characters.

Smartly, he used that audience to build a country music career, and it's worked out very well.

Now, an entire album is on the way in a few weeks, and we'll definitely be listening here at OutKick. Let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
