WWE Hall Of Famer Torrie Wilson Brought The Heat During Surprise SmackDown Appearance

WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson made her return to the WWE on Friday night. She took a break from handing out public service announcements on social media and working on her golf game for the special appearance on SmackDown.

She wasn't there to climb back into the ring and do any wrestling. She was there to participate in the 2024 WWE Draft.  That's right, there was another draft taking place last night that had nothing to do with the National Football League.

Torrie made her appearance alongside former Divas Champion Michelle McCool. The two surprise guests took to the stage to tag-team the picks for the second-round of the draft.

The 48-year-old wrestling icon, soul nurturer, and spreader of light brought her fastball with her.  She read a few names, brought the heat, and called it a night.  All around a successful appearance from one of the wrestling organization's Hall of Fame members.

Then, on Saturday, Torrie sent out a friendly reminder of her performance from the night before.  It showed her backstage getting in some warm-ups before she took the mound.

She had a good time entertaining the WWE crowd and captioned the short clip, "Fun to be back last night!"

Torrie Wilson Always Brings It For A WWE Appearance

It has to feel good to pop in from time-to-time, bring the heat, then return to civilian life.  These aren't old-timers day appearances either.  She's proven time and time again that she can hang with anyone currently doing it too.

But her current situation gives her the added bonus of no insane road schedule to adhere to, and no risk of any kind of injury.  Torrie enjoys it, the WWE has to be happy to have her there, and most of all the fans love seeing her.

That adds up to Ws all around.

Torrie might climb into the ring a couple of more times over the next several years, but she doesn't have to.  She can continue to make an appearance here and there, bring some heat, and call it a day.
