Wild Footage Shows Terror Of Oklahoma Tornado: VIDEO

Some stunning footage has surfaced from a tornado that hit Bartlesville, Oklahoma, this week.

The Oklahoma town was hit by a tornado Monday night, and the destruction on the ground in the aftermath appears to be significant.

People had to make a run to safety, property was destroyed and it was a terrifying experience, according to Fox Weather.

Now, footage shows some people hunkering down at a Hampton Inn as the tornado rolled in on them.

Stunning Oklahoma tornado footage goes viral.

Lucas Lancaster shared a TikTok video of the carnage and power of the tornado as it beared down on him and a buddy.

They hung on as long as they could before retreating into the Hampton Inn. The situation was still terrifying once inside.

The entire building appeared to shake and rock as Lucas and the person with them rushed for cover. Check out the wild video below, and send me your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

I don't know if these guys are wildly foolish or absolutely epic. It's probably a bit of both. Standing outside near a tornado as it gets closer and closer probably isn't a great idea.

At the same time, Lucas was able to snatch some wildly impressive footage that is now all over the internet. No risk, no gain. This video more or less sums up that spirit and mentality.

Fortunately, he timed his exit perfectly and managed to dive for cover without getting hurt.

Finally, for those of you who have never been in a tornado, it's absolutely wild. It sounds like a train is right on top of you, and it can happen in a matter of minutes. It's not something I'd encourage anyone to check out. Have you lived through any crazy tornado experiences? Let me know at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
