Tyreek Hill Demands Medical Records, Texts & Emails From BBW Influencer Claiming Dolphins WR Broke Her Leg
There is never a dull moment when it comes to Tyreek Hill. Anyone who thought that the lawsuit filed against the Miami Dolphins wide receiver by the BBW influencer/OnlyFans model who claims he broke her leg during a backyard football lesson would be any different is sadly mistaken.
Hill has denied Sophie Hall's claims that he "violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries" charged at her after she says he became upset that she held her own against him during the session at his Miami mansion.
His version of events is that the 35-year-old "man eater" tripped over a dog and fractured her leg. Now his lawyers want to see her medical records, texts, and emails.
According to the Daily Mail, Hill's lawyers filed a production request this week in Broward County, Florida, in response to the $50,000 lawsuit against him.
They want to see any notes and reports from every one of the doctors or hospitals that treated Sophie's injuries. They want all documents that suggest Hill was to blame for the injuries.
They also want her tax returns, messages and emails exchanged with her sister after the June 2023 backyard lesson. The 35-point request includes "all documents supporting plaintiff's contention that defendants were the direct and proximate result of the injuries described in the plaintiff's complaint."
Tyreek Hill's Off The Field Issues Haven't Affected His Productivity
Hill's lawyers are trying to get their hands on any photographs, videos, social media posts, re-posts, comments and private messages that have to do with the incident or Tyreek Hill. That includes deleted messages.
They want the same from any other messaging platform, from text messages to emails and every way of messaging on social media.
Sophie says the invite for her lessons at Hill's house was extended after she signed her son up to attend his football camp last spring. He started sending her "flirtatious" messages on Instagram, according to her lawsuit.
This lawsuit is just one of the many off the field "distractions" that Hill has had to deal with in recent months. Well, off the field distractions to most.
Despite multiple baby mommas causing drama, a house fire, an incident at a marina, an incident at a Kevin Hart show and multiple lawsuits, he finished the 2023 season with an NFL best 1,799 receiving yards on 119 catches and 13 touchdowns.
So, while it would seem obvious to settle this thing out of court and move on, Hill isn't ready to do that just yet. He's got plenty of energy to see this play out a little longer.
