TikToker Wants Everyone To Know Even Pretty People Get Cheated On, Because She's Been Cheated On
TikToker Caroline Lusk has an inspirational video to cheer people up who are having a hard day. It's a friendly reminder from the influencer, who is pushing 2 million followers on the platform, that "pretty people get hurt too."
Being pretty isn't as easy as you think, and it doesn't make you immune from going through things that everyone else does, like being cheated on. She starts out her clip that currently has more than 8 million views by saying, "If you're ever having a hard day, just remember I've been cheated on. I've been cheated on!"
Caroline then humbly breaks down why her being cheated on is so ridiculous. She says, "I don't have the beauty filter on and these are my real eyes, and I've been cheated on."
At this point, if you're feeling hopeless, don't be. She's about to get into why being cheated on isn't your fault, even if you’re a gross troll, and how life can be so much worse than having someone cheat on you.
"If you’ve been cheated on, and you feel insecure, it’s never about you because I’ve been cheated on," she continued. "Surely it can’t be about me. You might be thinking, well maybe her personality sucks? No, unfortunately not."
"I’m hilarious and incredibly smart, and I got cheated on. And if you didn’t get cheated on? And you’re not feeling insecure, and you’re just having a bad day. Just remember somebody had me. They were in a relationship with me, wrapped around his f*cking finger. I would’ve married this guy."
TikToker Caroline Lusk Bravely Travels Down A Road Into Her Past And Inspires Us All In The Process
Now that Caroline has done her best to cheer everyone up, especially those who aren't in the same league as she is, she takes a moment to bury that ex who cheated on the pretty, hilarious, incredibly smart TikToker with a great personality.
His loss, of course. She continued, "Fumbled, lost me for good, forever. So you could be having the worst day of your whole life, but you’re not that guy. So it’s not that bad."
"Unless you are that guy and, in which case, stop watching my videos and my Instagram stories, and texting my family. You weird, weird little man. That's all, I'm gonna go cry, but I'm not that guy. So I won't cry too much."
Now that's how you cheer up the ugly people out there who have been cheated on. It's humble, it's full of irrefutable facts, and best of all, she takes a moment to rip into her ex all while giving all who watch a glimpse at her soul.
The ripping of the ex might be seen by some as evidence of hurt people hurting people. Or even a case of her still in love with him and being unable to stop thinking about her cheating ex.
Both of those are unhinged thoughts that are absolutely false.
In order to properly paint the picture of someone not having as bad of a day as they might think, she had to walk down that path. It doesn't appear as if she enjoyed that part of the video at all.
It was necessary, she powered through it, and used it to perfectly underscore her point. For those worried about how Ms. Caroline Lusk is going to bounce back from being cheated on, don't, she's going to be just fine.
