The popular country music star is known for his high-energy music that fits in well at a house party with friends or just chilling in the backyard with a bonfire and a couple cold beers.

Well, it appears like he might have another major hit on his hands with his new song "Overdrive." It's the perfect kind of vibe for summer.

Thomas Rhett drops new song "Overdrive."

What do we all think about the song from Thomas Rhett? Pretty damn good, right? I can see this song fitting in nicely on multiple different summer playlists.

I also have a feeling it's going to be a significant hit that continues to grow in popularity over the coming weeks and months. I can't say I'm surprised.

Rhett is known for making hits. It's what he does, and "Overdrive" appears to be his latest one.

Also, I definitely recommend you catch Thomas Rhett in concert if you ever get the chance. I saw him do a show right around a decade ago in Madison, Wisconsin when I was in college.

It was an absolutely awesome time, and he even brought out his dad Rhett Akins during the performance. The man knows how to move the needle and put on a show.
