Intense Preview Drops For New Spy Series

A new preview is out for "The Veil," and the show definitely looks like it has serious potential.

The plot of the upcoming FX/Hulu series with Elisabeth Moss is described as; "FX’s The Veil explores the surprising and fraught relationship between two women who play a deadly game of truth and lies on the road from Istanbul to Paris and London. One woman has a secret, the other a mission to reveal it before thousands of lives are lost. In the shadows, mission controllers at the CIA and French DGSE must put differences aside and work together to avert potential disaster."

Sounds pretty interesting, and all the previews and promos for the series have been outstanding. Well, a new one is out, and it will only crank up the hype dial.

Give it a watch below, and hit me with your thoughts below at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

"The Veil" looks like an interesting spy series.

I've written about "The Veil" ahead of its April 30th release date a few times, and I'm genuinely excited to see what fans get at the end of the month.

The fact of the matter is there are some women who have done some incredible things in the world of black ops. "Special Ops: Lioness" was an outstanding show that pulled back the curtain on women at the tip of the spear.

I can't really say much more, but there's a goldmine of information if you look hard enough online.

What I do is that fans just want to be entertained, and they don't want to deal with woke nonsense. "Special Ops: Lioness" did a great job of mostly just sticking to the story with very little preaching.

That's why the show was so unbelievably successful. "The Veil" could have the same success if it follows a similar formula of the Zoe Saldana-led series.

My expectations are high, and I hope they're met when "The Veil" hits FX and Hulu at the end of the month. Let me know your thoughts and reactions at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
