Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie Already Being Called The 'Kate Upton Of Our Generation'
Sports Illustrated has its newest swimsuit rookie, which seems appropriate on NFL Draft day. Her name is Xandra Pohl, she's apparently a popular DJ, and she's absolutely worthy of this great honor.
But she's also coming in with a ton of hype. Again, it's NFL Draft day, so the buzz words are being thrown around left and right.

I could go on and on – I have an endless amount of draft day buzz words. But you're all here to see DJ Xandra, so I'll get on with it.
Here's the thing … I think this girl has it. I do. But the scouts – AKA the thirsty dudes on social media – are already comparing her to Kate Upton and Pamela Anderson. Really, really tough bikinis to fill. Those are insane comps to make, and insane pressure to put on someone – especially a rook.
But, we live in a time when we need everything NOW. Stat. Pronto. Quick. Not real time to grow. To learn. To sit back and watch how the vets get it done.

Is Xandra Pohl the next Kate Upton for Sports Illustrated?
I mean, the scouts are right. She's certainly a No. 1 overall pick. No doubt about it, as Collinsworth would say. I don't know much about Xandra Pohl, but I'm eager to find out over the next few years.
What I do know on draft day, though, is that apparently she's a rising star in the DJ game, which I didn't know still existed in 2024. She has more than 300,000 followers on Instagram, and another 1 million on TikTok.
Is that getting banned soon? I have no clue. I assume Biden will misspell his name on the bill and nix the whole thing. We'll see.
Anyway, she's gonna be at UF this weekend, which is a good start because I'm a Florida guy and that's the quickest way to my heart.
Seems legit, although I have no idea. I guess we could ask Mike Gunz if she's good or not, because he's a DJ, too. That's more his wheelhouse.
Mine is more in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit lane, so I'll stay there.

Those are just a few, but you get the drift. So, yeah, pretty enormous (yes, pun obviously intended) bathing suits to fill.
The Kate Upton of our decade? She hasn't even taken a snap yet. Not a real one, at least. Preseason doesn't count in the NFL and it doesn't count in the SI Swimsuit game.
Tom Brady's the GOAT until Patrick get himself a few more rings. Same with MJ.
Is Caleb Williams going to be great? Who knows. He's got all the intangibles, much like Xandra here, but Super Bowls aren't won in April.
