‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Reportedly Fires Annemarie Wiley For Voicing Conservative Views

The show "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" recently announced that Annemarie Wiley would not return for a second season, a decision Wiley says was not hers.

According to the Daily Mail, the Bravo series fired Wiley because her political opinions caused distress to the other housewives.

Specifically, Wiley supports Donald Trump and opposes the inclusion of transgender athletes in female sports.

"DailyMail.com has learned the real reason for the newest and shortest-lived cast member's shock departure were the strong political views that saw her clash with the other housewives in behind-the-scenes blowups that were left on the cutting room floor," says the report.

"According to one well-placed source, 'A cast member having polarizing views and the ladies taking her to task would have been part of a juicy storyline on any Real Housewives franchise, but after politics railroaded season 13 of the New York cast, producers just edited all of those segments out of the Beverly Hills season.'"

Cast member Crystal Kung-Minkoff "openly struggled to understand why a woman of color [like Wiley] would be aligned with Trump."

Another woman, Garcelle Beauvais, reportedly expressed angst during a reunion taping because Wiley admitted to enjoying the content of podcaster Candace Owens.

In short, Annemarie Wiley’s conservative political leanings cost her a future with the "Real Housewife" series.

"To say that I’m disappointed is an understatement," she wrote last week on social media.

Wiley finds herself in a similar position as former Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

NBC fired McDaniel on Tuesday after several leftist hosts bemoaned her signing on-air because of her political leanings and so-called "lies."

In both cases, gutless television executives caved to their intolerant employees by terminating the contracts of the conservative females.

Incidents like these detail why public figures in Hollywood, entertainment, sports, and media often self-censor their conservative views.

Diversity of opinion is often shunned, and grounds for rejection and eventual dismissal.

The power cabal of liberal influencers still wields significant power – enough to cost Annemarie Wiley her dream job, that is.
