Oscars Under Siege By Hordes of 'Peaceful' Anti-Israel Protesters

Anything But Peaceful.

Not even the Hollywood elite can escape the incessant pro-Palestine, anti-Israel protests activists sweeping Los Angeles.

Sunday's Oscars celebration was interrupted by protesters outside the Dolby Theatre in L.A.

Hordes of anti-Israel activists protested the Oscars amid the surge of antisemitism promoted by progressives since the massacre of innocent Israelis by Hamas on Oct. 7.

Several reports noted that attendees at the Oscars had trouble getting past the protesters, including "Barbie" star Margot Robbie.

The protest led to a five-minute delay in the festivities, which kicked off an hour earlier than usual because of the spring-forward time change, which many of us forgot.

Details from The Hollywood Reporter noted that LAPD called for a citywide "tactical alert" as protests drove up.

One arrest was made as the so-called "peaceful" protesters pushed against LAPD barricades.

The ceasefire signs and anti-Israel signage were out in full force. Sunday's scene was similar to the Independent Spirit Awards in Santa Monica weeks ago where pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian protesters interrupted the show.

Early in the program, known Aaron Rodgers hater Jimmy Kimmel (who's hosting the show) made a joke about the show's late start.

During the ceremony, anti-Israel signage was highlighted, including a pro-Gaza button from the team behind "Anatomy of a Fall" appearing during the live broadcast.

Certain Oscars attendees also wore red buttons calling for a ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war without highlighting accountability for the vicious attacks Oct. 7.
