NYPD Officer Killed After Suspects Previously Arrested 35 Times!

A wife and a one-year-old baby are without their brave NYPD husband and father after the alleged shooting suspects were arrested and released a combined THIRTY-FIVE times and still allowed on the streets.

31-year-old police officer Jonathan Diller was shot and killed by career criminal Guy Rivera after the officer and his partner approached the suspect who was illegally parked on a Queens, New York street shortly after 6pm on Monday. Rivera had previously been arrested twenty-one times while passenger Lindy Jones had been arrested fourteen times including gun and attempted murder charges.

Shame on New York City's prosecutors, judges and judicial system for letting down New York's Finest and the safety of all New Yorkers.

After Rivera refused to get out of the illegally parked car, he shot through the passenger window and hit Officer Diller in the stomach underneath his bullet-proof vest. Diller's partner then returned fire.

Heroically, even after being shot Diller was able to wrestle the gun away from the suspect and kick it away before the officer collapsed. Fellow NYPD officers grabbed him, frantically put him into the back of a police vehicle and sped to the local hospital, but tragically, the officer succumbed to his injuries.

SUSPECTS HAD 35 PRIOR ARRESTS

Outrage has since grown - with some even saying that all the District Attorneys and judges have "blood on their hands," for once again allowing people on the street that shouldn't be. In these two dirtbag's cases, they had a rap sheet as long as a damn CVS receipt and yet there he was once again armed and ready to use it while sitting in a car.

"The officer was trying to get the guy out of the car, speaking to him more. And then the guy shot him. And then he was able to wrestle the gun out of the guy's hand, and then kicked it away, and then the other officer shot the guy. [It was] Bedlam. It was incredible, just like a movie. Horrible to see, and I knew the cop was in bad shape right away," witness John Cori told CBS New York.

HOW DOES THIS CONTINUE TO HAPPEN?

As I've written about time and time again - when you do not instill any sense of fear into criminals - and in some cases, actually award them with more rights than you and I would have, you are only gambling with fate - and unfortunately, as we continue to see, these rogue prosecutors and pandering judges keep getting it wrong.

When you play politics with innocent people's lives, the criminals always win. I hope every judge and prosecutor that argued on behalf of the two murder suspects have nightmares about what they did to Officer Diller and his family.
