Nearly 1 in 5 Americans Believe Taylor Swift Part Of Covert Government Effort To Rig Election For Biden

Nearly one in five Americans believe that Taylor Swift is part of a covert government effort to help Joe Biden win the 2024 presidential election, according to a Monmouth University Poll published on Wednesday.

"Just under half (46 percent) of the American public has heard something about Swift being part of a supposed covert government effort to help Biden win the 2024 presidential election. Just under 1 in 5 Americans (18 percent) believe such a conspiracy involving Swift exists. Fully 71 percent of those who believe this identify with or lean toward the Republican Party and 83 percent indicate they are likely to support Donald Trump in the fall," said the study.

"The supposed Taylor Swift PSYOP conspiracy has legs among a decent number of Trump supporters. Even many who hadn’t heard about it before we polled them accept the idea as credible. Welcome to the 2024 election," adds Patrick Murray, director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute.

While the idea that Swift is secretly working on behalf of the government is a bit kooky, she certainly could assist in Biden's re-election efforts.

A Newsweek study last month found that 18 percent of voters say they're "more likely" or "significantly more likely" to vote for a candidate if Swift endorses them.

Swift has a particularly notable pull among younger Americans, with 3 in 10 under the age of 35 saying they'd be more likely to vote for a candidate backed by Swift.

That's 30 percent.

In 2018, nearly 65,000 Americans ages 18 to 29 registered to vote 24 hours after Swift rallied her fans to do so.

It is that very demographic that, if they vote, could determine the next election. In 2020, 50 percent of people ages 18-29 voted in the 2020 presidential election. Only 39 percent voted in 2016.

No one in media, Washington, or Hollywood holds more sway over young Americans than Taylor Swift.

Meaning, Swift doesn't need to be a PSYOP to swing the election in favor of Biden. She just needs to use her reach to endorse him, and hope the polling about her influence is accurate.

And would anyone put it past actors, talk show hosts, Democrat politicians, athletes, and musicians to pressure Swift to use her influence to try and prevent Donald Trump from winning the 2024 election?

Of course, not.

We expect them to.

Immigration, the economy, and government-induced censorship via the censorship industrial complex are keys to the 2024 election. But Swift could be a serious contributing factor.
