Morgan Wallen Arrested On Multiple Felony Charges

Morgan Wallen faces multiple felonies after being arrested early Monday morning.

The country music superstar was arrested on three felony charges in Nashville after allegedly throwing a chair off the sixth floor of Eric Church's Chief's Bar, according to NewsChannel 5 Nashville.

The chair landed within a few feet of police officers on the ground. Staff informed police Wallen was responsible, and he was arrested after video showed the "Neon Eyes" singer "lunging and throwing an object over the roof," according to the same report.

Police were informed by witnesses that Wallen was allegedly laughing after the fact.

He now faces three counts of reckless endangerment and a count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He has a bond of $15,250. Wallen was released from custody a few hours after being arrested, according to the local jail's website.

Wallen's attorney acknowledged his client's arrest with the following statement:

At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities.

Viral video from outside the bar also showed Wallen in the back of a police car being taken away and the person filming was in a state of shock.
