Mexican Weather Girl Yanet Garcia Went Surfing, Brooke Hogan Stops By & Belt Sander Racing Is Here

Jake Paul's definitely ready to get knocked out by Mike Tyson

Jake Paul was back in the ring on Saturday night to rob folks of their hard-earned cash while lining his own pockets by fighting a washed-up MMA fighter.  A washed up MMA fighter who is smaller than he is too.

How can Mike Perry be washed up?  He's only 32.

Well, let's take a look at how his career in the UFC came to an end, shall we?  In his last 10 fights he won only three of them, and it was by decision.  Not exactly a shining example of what MMA has to offer.

Perry's a tough dude.  There's no doubt about that.

He has five straight wins under his belt in the BKFC, but those are all middleweight.  Paul was putting on weight to face Mike Tyson and had to cut down to a 200 pound weight limit for Saturday night's fight.

That said, he did drop Perry multiple times, including in the 6th round which ended the fight.  He's proven time and time again that his punching power is good enough to take out washed-up MMA fighters.

Is it good enough to take out a nearly 60-year-old former heavyweight champion?  We will find out when Paul steps into the ring with a 58-year-old Mike Tyson on November 15, 2024.

I expect the fight to end something like this, with Paul being sent into another dimension for a little while by Tyson even at the age of 58.

This was actually Lucas Bahdi putting a guy named H20 Sylve to sleep during a fight that took place on the same card as the Paul-Perry fight last night.  Now that's a knockout.

Swingers festival has taken over a small town in England

That's enough fighting for one Sunday.  Let's switch gears to love.  Love in the form of a massive swingers festival that has taken over a small town in England.

Locals aren't happy about the four-day Swingathon that started on Thursday and wraps up today, but that's probably because they didn't receive an invite.

That's too bad too, because this year's event promised fire breathers, pole dancers and acrobats.  Oh and who could forget a game like butt-plug bingo?

It sounds like there's something for everyone.

Belt sander racing is the sport of the future

If swinging isn't your thing, maybe the sport of the future would be of interest.  Belt sander racing is here and much like the ice cream of the future, Dippin' Dots, it's been around for a while.

In fact, The New Bertie's Inn in Pennsylvania held its 32nd annual belt sander race fundraiser.  According to the bar & grill, they set a record for attendance this year.  When you see the action you'll understand why.

New Bertie's wrote on Facebook, "The sun has set on the 32nd annual belt sander race fundraiser but not before setting an attendance record and going viral on social media."

"'We had over 750 people attend.  We will need more bleachers next year to view the race,' said Patty Miravich, the owner of Bertie’s Inn."

"‘We had great help from our staff, our community volunteers, Sue Perrotty, the Olivet’s Boys & Girls Club of Reading Board President, Olivet’s staff and Olivet’s volunteers.  We will announce the total raised and present the check on Sunday of Labor Day weekend September 1, 2024 during a weekend celebration.’"

Now to the action:

That's excitement.  That's entertainment.  That's the sport of the future.  Give me belt sander racing right this minute.

Grilling season rolls on

I fired up the grill the other day.  I thought a snapped a picture, but I guess I didn't.  Nothing fancy, just some burgers and hot dogs again.  I will hit some wings.

Well, I intend to hit some wings before grilling season wraps up, anyway.  I'm the worst at following through on these kinds of things.  I still haven’t replaced the grill rack.  That's right, rolling with the rack covers till I run out.

I did grab a picture of some back patio living.

Have a great week.  I'll see everyone next Sunday.

Keep the grills hot and the pics of your meat coming my way sean.joseph@outkick.com.
