Lana Del Rey Rocks Handgun In Viral Instagram Post

Lana Del Rey isn't afraid to rock a pistol.

The superstar singer was nominated for two Grammys this past Sunday for Song of the Year and Album of the Year, but failed to win either.

While she didn't get a win at the Grammy Awards, she still managed to move the needle on social media. The "Summertime Sadness" singer hopped on Instagram and posted a photo of herself gripping on a handgun.

When I say the post is going viral, I mean it is going VIRAL. It has more than 4.14 million likes since being posted.

It didn't take long for some people to start cracking jokes that this must be a subtle threat at the Grammys for icing her out of winning any awards.

While many found the photo funny or awesome, there is also the outrage mob that always has to be upset about something. The internet can always be counted on for that.

Now, I'm pro-gun. That's not a secret to anyone who reads OutKick. God made man. Samuel Colt made them equal. I have no idea who first said that, but it's true.

While most of the entertainment industry hates guns and would happily repeal the Second Amendment, Lana Del Rey isn't afraid to rock a pistol.

She's also been filmed at a shooting range. Clearly, she isn't afraid to let it fly.

If Lana Del Rey or anyone else being armed offends you or makes you want to melt down, then I'd suggest buying a ticket to North Korea.

I hear their gun laws are awesome and the weather is lovely this time of year. The rest of us will continue to applaud people who exercise their right to be armed.

Having said that, Lana needs to get her damn finger off the trigger until she's ready to engage and fire the weapon. Firearms safety 101.
