Author Jack Carr Shows Off Insane Shooting Skills: VIDEO

Jack Carr still has very sharp shooting skills.

Carr is known for being the best-selling author of the James Reese series. The books are among the most popular in America, and the first one - "The Terminal List" - was a smash hit Amazon TV series starring Chris Pratt and Taylor Kitsch.

However, prior to being a star author, Carr was a Navy SEAL with combat deployments to the Middle East. He left the service several years ago, but clearly can still throw some lead.

Jack Carr puts shooting skills on display in awesome video.

Taran Tactical shared a video Friday of Carr on the range running through multiple guns, and it looks like he hasn't lost a step at all.

Check it out below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

In case you didnt' already know, getting in a gun fight with Jack Carr is a VERY bad idea. Even after leaving the Navy SEALs, he clearly has kept his shooting skills sharp.

He ran through those guns like it was a joke to him. As a proud American, it's exactly what I love to see. I want our Navy SEALs staying hot with a gun while in service and in retirement.

Also, I had the chance to interview Jack Carr a couple years back. He's an awesome guy who is a great patriot. The retired SEAL also has a popular podcast with some of the same guests many of you have seen on "American Joyride." The man writes fun books, makes great TV, interviews war heroes and can shoot with the best of them. Props to Jack Carr for continuing to be a great American. Let me know what you think of his work at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.
