Heather Graham Hits The Beach In A String Bikini During A Yoga Retreat In Mexico

Heather Graham works hard and she plays harder.  The 54-year-old has been acting since the 80s and is still going strong.  Her latest IMDB-filler Chosen Family came out in February and is following up a year in which she added seven credits to her name.

They're not all Austin Powers and Boogie Nights, but they've been keeping her plenty busy.  Chosen Family, is a romantic-comedy that she also wrote and directed.  In the film, she plays a yoga teacher, alongside Julia Stiles, Thomas Lennon, Michael Gross, Andrea Savage and John Brotherton.

As mentioned, when she's not working, Heather is playing.  Her social media activity features her showing off that there's still plenty on her fastball.  She's often near water in a bikini.

That's a good way to find yourself on the OutKick Culture Department's radar at any age.  Take it from Salma Hayek and Heidi Klum, both in their 50s.  If you're still pushing yourself to the top of the algorithm, we'll take notice.

This relatively slow day in early March was one of those days when Heather decided to toe the rubber and prove she could still touch 90.  She did so from a yoga retreat in Mexico.

"So grateful I got to go on a yoga retreat and meditate looking at the ocean with @soukofrima_ and @mjmasala @souk.studio," Heather announced on Instagram.  "Me gusta."

Heather Graham Continues To Bring The Heat On Social Media

Me gusta, indeed.  There aren't many who would disagree with that.  The only question is, what's her secret?  Is it the 12 hours of sleep she says she gets a day?

The yoga and meditation by the water in Mexico?  It could be a combination of all those things.  As well as her decision to date people outside of Hollywood.  She's been dating snowboarder John de Neufville since 2022.

Whatever Heather's doing, it's working for her and she shouldn't change a thing.
