Drake's Toronto Home Reportedly At Center Of Shooting Investigation

Drake's Toronto home is at the center of a shooting investigation that left one man injured, according to reports.

The unnamed man was shot overnight in the vicinity of the rap star's home in an upscale neighborhood of the city, according to CBC Toronto. The man hit by gunfire was "seriously injured" in the shooting and had to be taken to the hospital, according to the same report.

The New York Post described the injuries as "non-life-threatening." Local television reports said it was unclear if Drake was at the home at the time of the shooting.

The suspect fled, and no description of the shooter of the vehicle involved was given.

Shooting Comes Amid Drake's Feud With Kendrick Lamar

The shooting comes in the midst of an ongoing feud with fellow rapper Kendrick Lamar, though there is nothing to indicate that the beef between the two and the incident are linked in any way at this stage, according to reports.

Lamar released a single cover that showed Drake's house as if predators were living there.
