Did Dem. Eric Swalwell Spend Campaign Cash On Super Bowl Tickets?

Did Dem. Eric Swalwell pull an Alyssa Milano and use campaign funds to buy Super Bowl tickets? No way Honest Eric would do that, right?

Our friends on the Fox News Digital team got its hands on FEC records that indicate something was going on around February 11 when Swalwell proudly posted on his Instagram Story from the Super Bowl where he was rooting on the 49ers.

According to the FEC documents, Swalwell's team shows the Congressman spending nearly $22,000 in donor funds on February 6 to cover "event tickets" and the money was transferred to the Forty Niners Football Company, LLC, which comes back to, wait for it, the San Francisco 49ers organization.

But wait, there's more.

The FEC filings also show a $962 "reimbursement for tickets" to 49ers co-owner Gideon Yu on February 8. There's also $100 that was spent at Allegiant Stadium. There's a $30,900 expense to the Raiders for "Event Tickets for Fundraising Event" and there's a $3,000 expense for "food and beverages" at Alexxa, a restaurant at the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas that has views of the Bellagio fountains.

But wait, there's more!

In December, Swalwell's FEC filings also show a $1,560 expenditure for "Fundraising Event Tickets" at Lincoln Financial Field on December 4. The 49ers and Eagles played at Lincoln Financial Field on Dec. 3.

You make the call here: Is Eric Swalwell pulling an Alyssa Milano with his campaign donations? Should politicians pay for their own Super Bowl tickets or should they be allowed to use your donations like Alyssa using your donations to go on vacations where her 12U travel ball kid gets to live out his fantasies?

Oh, by the way, never forget how Dem. lover Alyssa operates. She asked for you to send her on a summer vacation and then showed up at the Super Bowl in prime seats with her son.
