Dan Bilzerian: I'm Now Into Monogamy After Having Sex With 'Thousands' Of Women

There are very specific moments when you know it's the end of an Internet era. Last week, we had one of those moments when Dan Bilzerian admitted that he's now into being monogamous after living a life where he had sex with thousands of women.

Bilzerian, who reportedly turned 43 in December, is best known for living the modern-day Hugh Hefner lifestyle where the millionaire (he claims to be worth around $350 million right now) had a revolving door of Instagram models who partied with him, vacationed with him, likely had sex with him, smoked weed with him and created content that mesmerized men around the world during the mid-2010s.

Now, it's rare for Bilzerian to pop up on social media. His Instagram account, which features 32 million followers (who knows how many of those are bots), has been quiet since August 2023. It doesn't appear Dan ever embraced TikTok. And outside of a recent post on Twitter where he asked followers if they believed the news these days, he's been quiet there as well.

Times sure have changed.

That's why last week's "Mighty Pursuit" podcast appearance was an eye-opener. Every steak-eating alpha male's idol hopped on and confirmed the news that times have indeed changed.

"I was having sex with three girls a day on average, at least, at a minimum. I mean, like if I only had sex with two girls in a day, that was like, we're having some real off day, or something, right?" Bilzerian told the podcast. "Somedays four, sometimes five, seven, the most was nine."

OK, so just how many women have you banged, Dan.

"Thousands," the multi-millionaire bearded Instagram model slayer confirmed.

But now that the times have changed, Dan has changed too.

"I had this image in my mind when I was growing up of like how awesome this would be. I don't know, what I kind of landed on was I think it's like better to have a monogamous relationship as strange as that is coming from me," he continued.

Wait for it, Dan is working up to the part where he's indicating having sex with one woman at a time and actually getting to know a woman and building a connection is part of his new life.

"You got two choices: You can just, like, do whatever you want, and be free and allow the women to be free and just use condoms with all the girls and not care about if they hook up with other guys and it's just like purely sexual and whatever," he added.

"Or, I think you can find a girl that you enjoy spending time with and that you actually trust each other. But, I think it's unlikely to find a woman that is going to be okay with you sleeping with other women that actually cares about you for the right reasons. Even if the girl is okay with it, I think that you cause internal damage to her. I do think that one cool girl that does stuff with you, that you actually have a mental connection with – I think the sex is better, I think you're more relaxed, I think you have less things to deal with, less distractions, your energy is not being pulled in a bunch of different directions.

"So I think there is hope to longer term monogamy and staying attracted to the woman."

Does this mean that Dan's completely done side hustling when an Instagram model suddenly pops up in the DMs? We'll see if Dan has the restraint he's claiming to possess now that he's plowed through thousands of women.

For now, Bilzerian claims to be living by the mindset of being happy with what he has.

"I really believed, and this is from the bottom of my heart, that if I had a million dollars when I was in college, like I'm f--king set," the weed-smoking, poker-playing hero to so many said.

"Achieving the result is never as good as what you think achieving the results going to feel like. I got to this point where I was like – I remember distinctly, I'll never forget it – I owned a plane, had the biggest house in all of Los Angeles. I had one of the biggest houses in Vegas, had every car, I bought a Ferrari and put like 75 miles on the motherf--ker in a year. I had all the chicks. I'm on this 300-foot yacht. 27 models like cutting throats to bang me.

"And I'm like, damn, I was happier before surfing with my buddies. In my mind, I'm like this is f--ked up.

"When you have basic needs met you're doing good. You're better than like most of the population but we forget that because most people live such a comfortable life that you take so many things for granted like not having to walk outside and take a s--t at night in an outhouse when it's 30 degrees."

"One of my happiness hacks is just being grateful for stuff that you have."

Dan Bilzerian: A new man. Let's see if this lasts.
