Bill Maher Slams Wokeness: 'It's Where Common Sense Goes To Die'

Bill Maher continues to be a strong voice against woke insanity.

The comedian and political pundit is arguably the most vocal voice on the left when it comes to pushing back against woke garbage. Instead, he takes a stand for common sense - something becoming rarer and rarer these days.

Well, if anyone was hoping he'd dial it back and fall in line with many others on his side, they're in for some disappointment.

He made it clear he has no intention of being silenced when it comes to calling out the woke mob.

Bill Maher rips wokeness.

"A lot of your book is about stuff that we share in common. The idea that wokeness, which started out as a great thing - alert to injustice - all down for that, and it morphed into something else. Now, it's where common sense goes to die," Maher told Dr. Phil during the Friday night episode of "Real Time with Bill Maher."

Dr. Phil agreed and urged people to stop living in fear and start speaking up against the woke nonsense infecting our country. You can watch the exchange below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Maher is truly a rare voice on the liberal side of the spectrum. We have people in this country who claim there are no biological differences between men and women, Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson can't define what a woman is and thinks AR-15s can be modified to shoot 800 rounds a second, people are marching in support of terrorists, free speech is under constant assault and those are just a few examples off the top of my head.

There are a lot of people in this country who are living in fantasyland, and that simply can't be tolerated. Facts, logic and reasoning all matter.

Maher, Dr. Phil, those of us here at OutKick aren't afraid to speak out against the garbage that is wokeness and the mind virus infecting so many people.

To paraphrase and tweak a great John Dutton quote, we are the opposite of wokeness. We are the wall it bashes against, and we will not be the ones who break.

With every person who takes a stand, it inspires others to do the same. It's truly that simple.
