Cleveland Browns Head To Dallas With . . . Momentum?

Raise your hand if you had this one on your 2020 bingo cards. No, not "murder hornets" (remember them?). No, not "President Trump tests positive for COVID." That was from that long ago time called "yesterday."

Today's "only in 2020" moment comes to us courtesy of the National Football League. And it's a doozy:

"Cleveland Browns head to Dallas with momentum and confidence."

That's right, according to WJW, the Brownies are headed to Jerry World with a two-game winning streak and their first winning record in six seasons.

Not that they're making that big a deal out of it.

“We just come out every day and go to work. That is really what we are built on is just working and winning before we even play the game,” said Browns TE Harrison Bryant.

If the Browns are going to continue their good fortune, they will need to find a way to contain Dallas QB Dak Prescott, who leads the NFL with more than 1,100 passing yards in three games.

“Dak has been a good player in my opinion. I think him throwing the ball deep yesterday was pretty impressive, " Browns linebacker Malcolm Smith told WJW. "He has always been a good player. I think he is in a system now where he can make some more plays and he has even more weapons.”

You still have a chance to take some of this info and plunk down a wager at FanDuel. Good luck. As they say, "Bet with your head, not over it."
