Clay Travis: Anyone With A Brain Knew Biden's COVID Strategy Was Lame

Joe Biden's entire presidential campaign was centered on ending COVID. Those were his exact words during one debate. "I'm going to end this." He actually said that.

But as we can all see, Biden and his administration have had zero impact on eradicating the virus. If anything, the fears are worse than they were last winter.

So hey, Joe. Say it ain't so.

"But Joe Biden told me he had a plan for COVID," OutKick founder Clay Travis tweeted in response to a report that the federal government is admittedly powerless. "He was going to follow the science. And mask up. And vaccine it away. And now here we are where the Biden strategy is to, checks headline: 'hold on and hope the worst is over soon.'"

When Biden made his foolhardy statements about ending COVID with masks and vaccines, the mainstream media jumped on board. "Follow the science," they screamed, perhaps not realizing that science isn't a fact. It's observation, it's experimenting, it's making your best, presumably educated, guess.

Question is, where are all these loud and proud Biden supporters today?

"Anyone with a brain knew Biden’s COVID strategy was bullshit, but are any Biden voters who bought this argument acknowledging they got scared and bought his load of crap and were wrong?" Clay asked. "I haven’t seen any media admit it publicly, but some have to privately, right?"

It's a good and fair question. But the answer is ... nah. No chance. The sheep will always follow, and when it turns out to be the wrong path and wrong approach, they'll never admit it.

And they'll choose not to remember that Biden promised to end the virus, and that's a big reason he got their vote in the first place.
