Chris Cuomo Addresses Not Covering His Brother Amid Third Accusation

Following the news that a third woman has accused New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of unwanted sexual advances, CNN's Chris Cuomo, the governor's younger brother, addressed the situation at the top of his show on Monday.
