The 2021 NFL Draft is three weeks from today. I know it is hard to believe, but we are almost there. After seeing the San Fransisco 49ers move up to No. 3, it's almost guaranteed that quarterbacks will go No. 1, 2 and 3 come draft night.

There's also the possibility a fourth quarterback is taken with the No. 4 pick, but that idea isn't as likely.

What about the other positions though -- the non-quarterbacks in this draft class? It's a great question, and we will have our answer soon enough.

Until then, all we can do is speculate.

Geoff Schwartz, a former NFL offensive lineman who now hosts a sports show, joined OutKick founder Clay Travis on OutKick the Coverage on Thursday morning to discuss a few of those predictions.

After some great conversations about the Masters, Deshaun Watson and several other topics, Clay asked Schwartz to share his top "sure-thing" prospect available in this year's draft. Of course, it's difficult to narrow things down to just one, so Schwartz actually gave us two guys.

"Well, it would have to be Kyle Pitts, right?" Schwartz replied. "The tight end is such an important position. There's not one offense in the NFL that's elite that's not special at that position."

That's debatable. I guess it depends on what Schwartz considers elite. What we do know is that guys such as Travis Kelce, Mark Andrews, Darren Waller and George Kittle have been game-changers for their respective offenses. Pitts -- as a prospect -- is right up there with those guys.

"So Pitts, man, he's such a matchup nightmare," Schwartz followed up. "You can't guard him. What are you going to do?"

Clay piggy-backed off Schwartz's comments and predicted that the Atlanta Falcons would take the Florida TE at No. 4, if they indeed keep that pick. Rumors had circulated that they may trade it for the right QB, but current indications suggest they'll stick with Matt Ryan beyond 2021.

Speaking of matchup nightmares, can you imagine a passing game with Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley and Pitts?

As a former offensive lineman himself, Schwartz also couldn't help but mention a big hog up front to be his other sure-fire bet.

"I went with Penei Sewell, the offensive tackle out of Oregon," Schwartz continued. "Obviously, I'm a little biased there, but he will start his first NFL game at 20 years old. That's incredible. The amount of upside in that body at only 20 -- man, he's got a kid's body still. It's unbelievable how much room for growth he has, and he'll be the first tackle taken."

There have been reports of "maturity concerns" with Sewell coming from people such as Albert Breer. We still don't know the validity of those reports, but by all indications, Sewell will be a top-10 pick. It's even possible he goes No. 5 to the Cincinnati Bengals.
