Buy Tracy McGrady's Texas Mansion With All The Amenities You'll Ever Need

Are you tired of not having enough space at home to stretch your legs? Are you moving to Texas? Need 23,652 sq. ft. of living space? NBA legend Tracy McGrady is selling his Sugar Land, Texas mansion that checks in at nine bedrooms, eight and a half baths, and an indoor basketball court where you can work on your jumpers. It's all yours for the low price of $7,999,999.

Now, that might seem like a huge price, but this place is so huge you shouldn't have problems renting it out for like $100k a weekend (three-night minimum) to people like Dan Bilzerian and fellow Instagram stars who need to stay in massive properties to make them look ultra-rich.

BOOM...$300k weekends. You'll have this place paid off before you know it. True, it comes with danger that some big-time rapper will rent it out and fill it with 2,000 rappers, Instagram models, strippers and random collegians.

From T-Mac's realtor Clevell Harris with Ca Modern Realty, Llc:

An incomparable retreat! Robert dame designed, Christopher sims built. A breathtaking example of opulent country club living. This modern, luxurious and largest estate is located in Sugar Land's most prestigious gated community of sweetwater estates. Fully gated. Situated on a prime 2-acre golf corner course lot. So many custom details! Drive up the circular driveway, enter the Cantera hand-forged iron doors into a large impressive foyer with high ceilings, custom iron staircase & french limestone floors. View the amazing custom hand-painted woodwork ceiling in the family room. Master wing with luxurious master bath, huge custom department store size closets. A modern open kitchen with breakfast bar and butler area with wet bar. Full court basketball gym with bath and barber/spa room. Upstairs game room. Bedrooms with lofts. Guest suite with panoramic views of the golf course, full guest house with kitchen and bath. Custom pool w/slide, elevator, 6 car garage & so much more!

Now for the stuff that the realtor left out:

• 4.2 miles to Whole Foods

• 2.8 miles to Starbucks

• 5 miles to Chili's Bar & Grill

• 8.3 miles to Hooters

If I was going to change one thing about this place, it would be around the pool. There needs to be a lazy river leading from the main pool area to the swim-up bar. I also think the slide area could use a facelift. It just doesn't look grand enough for a 23,000 sq. ft. house. The more I look at it, the entire pool needs to be torn out and redone. The base of the hot tub looks like it needs to be torn out, so we might as well start over.

Other than that, I'd find a way to survive in this house. I might have to close off 3/4 of it, but I'd survive.

Mortgage: Somewhere in the $45,000/mo. range before you start talking about the A/C bill. And just how many Roombas would it take to keep this place clean? I have to believe there are a dozen of those robots running at all times.
