Brave Soul Tries The Dan Campbell Caffeine Rush To Start His Day, It Didnt Go Well

Content machine Dan Campbell recently told reporters how he likes to get his day revved up with TWO 20-ounce coffees and four espresso shots. The Lions head coach hasn't coached a single game yet, but he has already created a coffee consumption revolution with his morning routine of sucking down insane levels of caffeine.

That led content creator Zach Schwartz to take the Dan Campbell Coffee Challenge, which consists of:

• TWO venti iced coffees

• TWO espresso shots in each coffee

We're talking 1000 mgs of caffeine. According to a 2020 report, Bang originally contained 357 mg of caffeine before being lowered to just 300 mgs. A 5-Hour Energy checks in at a whopping 104 mgs per fluid ounce while a Bang has 18.75 mg/fl oz. A drink called 'Cocaine' has 33.14 mg/fl oz.

None of that compares to the Dan Campbell Challenge. Seriously, it's probably not in your best interest to make this a routine. Don't take my word for it. Take the word of the guy who went out and took the challenge.
